Excellent

Came for familly reunion...very good hotel and very friendly..however we had two evening meals which were not too impressive...

Handy for tram lines 1 and 9 from Den Haag main railway stations also bus 23 from Van LOI station and 21 bus. Handy for the pier and Kurhaus and amenities. Very helpful gentleman on reception who upgraded my room for free. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Bar was good but expensive-EUR 11 for a pint of beer. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel.

The only problem was there are no staff there. We couldn't get the mobile key to work and had to rely on another guest to help us get in touch with the manager. Who was actually very helpful and sorted it out straight away. Budget room but very spacious and comfortable everything you need, you can pick up more towels e.t.c from a table on the ground floor. We were on the top floor and the stairs are very steep (my husband slipped down them) so ask for a lower floor if you have a bad back like...

Amazing stay, chose a sea room view which was well worth it. Small pool but clean. The staff even packed a breakfast to go as my flight was early in the morning. Lovely beach accessible within seconds.

A great hotel, clean with large rooms. staff were great and even let us eat our takeaway in the dining room. breakfast is expensive for what you get, an equivalent in the UK would be included in the price of the room. Good transport link to the centre. Very quiet abd safe feeling area. The hotel was very quiet at night

Amazing customer service we haven’t had any issues at all

Great room, great staff, just don’t leave it too late for breakfast as at 9, there wasn’t much left

Goed

Not much to complain about really, more of plates/cutlery would have been handy and instructions for the heating/Aircon useful, everything else was great.
