"Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Nice staff very pleasant Stairs very steep. Aircon/heating fans were a bit noisy. Some traffic noise and vibration from the underground. Good location for Abba Voyage arena.... But wear your flat shoes!"

"The hotel is close to the Stansted airport and a quick shuttle ride away. You pay for the shuttle as you get on, which makes it easy."

"As a frequent flyer who is now pumping milk when traveling this hotel was very accommodating. I needed to make sure my ice packs were solidly frozen and they were really great with putting them in their personal freezer for me. As a New Yorker who has stayed and more local places and needed this kind of accommodation I was not able to get it so thank you to the full team at this hotel. When I come back to London I will be staying with the Hyatt family again. Thank you all"

"People gathering outside the front door smoking wasn’t welcome we expected from Novotel . Food prices are unnecessarily expensive including a simple water bottle . Can’t get any food item delivered . Property is busy and feels like motel rather the Novotel I used really enjoy . "
