"Nice hotel, pefect location"

"- Location: most excellent - During the middle of our stay, we ran out of body soap in the shower. Asked housekeeping to come and fill the bottle, but the concierge brought a new bottle. We couldn’t remove the old one and replace it with the one he brought. And for the next 3 days, housekeeping didn’t bother to add soap or replace the old soap bottle with the new one. - The TV Channel line-up was limited. On several occasions, BBC channels blanked out every few minutes for a few seconds - The shower was not completely enclosed with glass doors. With a single door covering half the shower, one had to be extra careful to keep the water from splashing out, but it did, and we had to clean the bathroom floor after every shower. "

"Poor experience, the hotel is made to look far better online than it is in person, the arrival experience was poor no explanation of where the left was to get to our room or bars etc. Extremely small room even for London standards, very poor horrible lightning. We would definitely return, having stayed in cheaper but much nicer hotels with better customer service etc."

"Citizen M at Tower Hill is a vibrant hotel full of character. The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits. It’s the perfect get away. Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay. The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "

"Tiny room which was ok for one person, but very noisy and thin walls people drinking, playing music all night. Trains thundering too. Decent location but wouldnt stay again"
