Guests will have access to two off-street parking spaces in the driveway behind the home. The garage is strictly prohibited and is completely off limits for guests. Parking can also be found on-street, directly in front of the home, which is non-metered. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more info. The area around Upper East River is currently being developed, and you may notice some construction nearby during the city’s permitted hours. Rest assured, your stay will still be comfortable and enjoyable — the home’s beautiful design and thoughtful amenities make it the perfect Savannah getaway. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and spacious rental. Kitchen facilities: the appliances were modern. The drawer microwave was a little difficult to use. It did not open or close as expected and some buttons were not functioning. The kitchenware was sufficient.WiFi: we had a lot of trouble with the WiFi network. The majority of our stay was spent on our cell phone hotspots. Customer service was helpful and professional. The problem just took too long to resolve. Bedding: this house could use access to additional warm blankets. The beds were just made with sheets, nothing heavier. Overall, we had some technical issues and slight comfort issues (ie, no warm blankets), but the location and decor were spot on.
