"Maria and Sergio were the most welcoming and helpful owners we have ever had in a Holliday rental. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit to Sao Miguel. Their rental unit is in a separate building behind their own home which is behind a locked automatic gate and looks out onto the ocean with large glass windows on two sides. "The apartment unit was clean, and kitchen well stocked. Be careful that there are two listings for this property, one with 46 photos, one with 13. Both are listed as entire homes, the listing with 13 photos is an apartment within the larger home (46 photo unit). It is directly on a busy street, incredibly noisy. Property lists a paddle board, and it is pictured in all listing photos, it is not included. Would not recommend "
