O flat está em ótima localização, próximo aos pontos principais de Santos ( shopping, restaurantes, mercados e área de lazer ), acho o local ideal para casal, acredito que para mais pessoas perderia um pouco da privacidade, ele está bem organizado e bem decorado, prédio com portaria e próximo à praia. A anfitriã está de parabéns com seu atendimento, bem prestativa, educada e muito cuidadosa com os detalhes, limpeza impecável, prédio tranquilo em um ambiente familiar .
