"Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not...

We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). "First, let me say the staff here were really fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good thing I can say about this place. When I arrived, they had no knowledge of my prepaid expedia booking. The reception staff worked hard to sort the problem, making a number phone calls that ended with me forward my expedia booking confirmation email to some dodgy Gmail account. I still have no idea who I sent that to. There were cockroaches around the stove and sink and in the bathroom....
