The staff was congenial, the facility was clean with good hot water and a very good breakfast. I would stay here again; the location in the centro historico puts you within walking distance of museums and restaurants.

Beautiful view from our balcony and roof top bar. Convenient location close to everything, especially right by Cenrro Santa Lucia and big super market just couple of doors down. Friendly staff, Good breakfast. Had a bit trouble shower fixture but not a big deal. Room 73 has great view and could get loud from roof top restaurant. However we were in on a long weekend and the restaurant was closed most of the time so not a problem for us.

This is a charming little hotel, and the reception staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I stopped by early during my trip just to leave my luggage, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful and considerate. They asked if I was thirsty and even offered to show me where the restroom was if I needed it. These small gestures made me feel very well taken care of. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the breakfast was very good as well. The only small downside was that the scrambled eggs were a little too salty. Other than that, I had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this hotel!

Very good location and very helpful staff. Good rooftop bar and restaurant. But in need of a refurb. Toilet flush broke. And put on 7th floor immediately below above mentioned restaurant which was noisy. Lifts are tiny. No free water and charged for coffee pods.
