"Standard rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. It's a simple motel but it's right next to the beach and there's plenty to do there. In that sense I would say it's better than your average motel. "

"We have traveled extensively worldwide and think that this Hyatt Place offers the best value we have seen in years. Awesome breakfast, immaculate rooms, courteous staff and room was serviced every day (without having to beg). Post pandemic has been awful for clients of hotels - poor cleanliness and below par breakfasts and staff but not at this Hyatt Place. I can’t say enough compliments to express my delight with this property. All hotel chains should do as well as this property. We will definitely stay here in the future when in Santa Barbara. Keep up the stellar job!"
