Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi Holidays from £190

Out of my Italy experience, I think this hotel was my absolute favorite! I loved it was unique! Staff was so helpful and accommodating! Friendly and willing to help! I really enjoyed our experience here. They upgraded our room and make our accommodations easier! The VIEWS were immaculate. The FOOD at their restaurant was also immaculate! We didn't have to go searching for food. I really enjoyed that they had transportation for us and accommodated us for our early flight. They were also flexible as well. 50/10 stars!

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

This is just such a great hotel. From the helpful staff, the great breakfast and the stunning views out over the bay to the breakfast room and the roof patio.

We couldn’t have picked a better hotel! The location was perfect. The staff were honestly so lovely!! Our room was perfect. Big clean airy with fab air con and a lovely balcony looking onto the port. It’s a beautiful location right in the middle of enough life but enough peace too. Have to mention the amazing Bagno Rosetta just around the corner for a lovely few hours on the beach and swimming in the gorgeous sea. We will be back!

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!
