You can opt out of having the room cleaned each day in return for drinks vouchers at the bar, which we chose to do, but even then they make your bed and fill your amenities each day. The bar in the hotel is also great, with a relaxed vibe and a great range of drinks; including cocktails. If you’re looking for modern luxury in the heart of Vienna, with great views, immaculate rooms and well within reach of all the best things to do in Vienna - this is the place for you. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
