"Booked a 3 night stay for my partners birthday and we had a great time. Bar staff particularly stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. Hotel is fabulous and in a superb location. Bar prices were cheaper than most of the pubs in Bowness so we drank in the hotel after we had been out for a meal. We were blessed with fabulous weather so having drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake was a very picturesque experience."

"The most wonderful stay, was unaware there was a pre-planned surprise awaiting us to celebrate our engagement. Staff were totally professional and I was none the wiser, room was beautiful as was the view!"

"Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for. "
