With an optional onsite parking area with direct access by elevator, the Palace II is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on a third floor. It has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room has air conditioning and faces a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for 4 guests.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The bedrooms in the apartment face a beautiful open courtyard that ensures a quiet and fresh atmosphere. There are two fully equipped bathrooms , one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. The first bathroom has a spacious shower while the second bathroom has a nice hot tube.
