Communication with staff is great through WhatsApp. Don’t be turned away by idea that apartment is separate location from main hotel. Everything is close proximity. 5-10 min walk in any direction to amenities and sights"

"Clean room, bedding changed daily. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice in a light airy room. Reception staff were freindly and helpful, available 24 hours per day. Needed a map to find the location but in Venice that would be the same for majority of hotels!! Not too far from a square with shops and eating places"

"The hotel is a short easy walk from the public boat dock. Approximately 40 minutes ride from the airport on the public water taxi. Just a short walk to San Marco Square. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean. Highly recommend this hotel. "
