"Everything was great. We rented a 3Bd 3Bath penthouse and it was all great except they cheaped out on the beds BIG TIME. It was like sleeping on the ground. Great pool, however they often ran out of towels- daily- there wouldn’t be any towels and they complain if you bring your own and try to take them from you. Outside of these two things , everything was great and I would recommend it!"

"We were supposed to get a ride back to the airport with Pacific Tours and we had been sitting in the lobby early and the staff tagged our bags told us to sit down and wait and they’d call our name. Somehow we got marked as no show and had to pay $60 to take a cab to the airport. Pacific tours person said you need to talk to the hotel once you get home. "
