"We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests."

"Clean, with several English speaking staff, and very close to the Basilica. The breakfast attendant, Momo, was so generous and kind when a member of our party needed some extra help. He really went above and beyond. Certainly would recommend if you value cleanliness and proximity to sights and restaurants."
"We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus.
The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."

"My family and I stayed at the property for one month. Our children came and went, staying at different times with us. The property had plenty of room for 20 people. It was a beautiful property and the scenery was fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching them. It was a great base for visiting towns in the area. Federico arranged for the preparation of a meal by Laura Zaffarami and her crew, and they did a wonderful job. We would recommend the villa to anyone. "
"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. "It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "
