Charming property conveniently located right in the city. Delicious breakfast, would definitely recommend adding that on. Accommodations were lovely and well kept. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

We love Tuscany but of the 5 places we stayed this was definitely the worst and the room was just OK - The arrival procedure was bizarre ( go to tobacco shop for a key) and the lady who checked us in seemed annoyed rather than welcoming!! However ‘location,location ‘ means people will always be willing to stay as the area is gorgeous!

The room was clean as well as the breakfast area. The host was very accommodating, even driving us to our vehicle after we checked out (parking is outside the city wall). The pillows were not the best. We had a non-smoking room but in certain areas you could smell smoke. All in all, the location was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice local spot in San Gimignano
I was passing through San Gimignano as part of my walk on the Via Francigena. The hostess was very nice to let me check in early. The hotel is upstairs in an older building, one block over from a busy tourist street. The hotel had real local flavor and was very clean and quiet.

Highly recommended, convenient to parking P1. Vanna was an exceptional hostess. Everything was ready, celan and no issues at all. She went extra by helping us get a great reservation (window table with spectacular view) at a wonderful restaurant. Breakfast was timely and yummy!

Lots of dark stairs 41 to be exact
41 very dark and narrow stairs to haul our luggage up and down to get to our room . I get that it’s historic but wish I had know about the stairs . Hotel charges 7 euro per person for breakfast , cup of coffee and lots of bread products . Save $ and get a coffee and roll in a shop down the street.

We are sorry not to have met your expectations, but the historic buildings can not have the characteristics of modern housing and thanks to these that take on a unique value. For breakfast, in addition to normal drinks: coffee, tea, milk, etc. We try to make known our typical sweet and savory products and we always meet with great appreciation. Perhaps if you had expressed your preferences we could equally satisfy you. As for the cost we believe that 7 euros is only a small reimbursement of expenses for what is offered. Hot in San Gimignano
Overall, fantastic! Air conditioning could have been better, however, 39 degree heat wave likely the issue. Very warm welcome and good information. Second time staying at this accommodation! Highly recommend.

Modern hotel with good service
Hotel was in a good location, about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the port. This same port also has a bus stop to the airport, and having read reviews about the airport hotels decided to stay hear instead, as I was flying out the next day. I'm glad I did, as the room was modern, had wifi (although was tempermental at times), and the breakfast was also very good with a wide selection of food available. The only downside is the windows weren't the best at shielding out the noise, but all things considered it was a good hotel.

Great position in road parallel to main street.
Great position near San Giovanni Gate. Lovely triple room (10) with balcony. We didn't have much of a view, but anywhere in town the photo opportunities were awesome. Kitchen facilities small, but useful and extra utensils etc were available on request from our hostess. WiFi available on our balcony - not in the room.

Great location close to gate
This hotel is located near the gate of San Gimignano, so you can walk from the bus as we did. We managed to get the room that had three electrical problems, including lack of AC which we needed due to allergies. We were eventually moved to another room. The management is not always on site, but you have to use your key to get through two doors before your room, so we felt secure. You have to go up the equivalent of 3 sets of stairs to get to the check-in. If we hadn't had problems, we would have rated this higher. It was just bad luck.

Convenient clean small bed and breakfast. central and contact with "hotel' easy enough.Would have been good idea to advise to park in Car park 1 in info re contact .recommended restaurants were good.

We do not understand how a customer can care about the state of mind of the owners, if they can understand it. We believe that the important thing is the state of the room and the statement that the hotel smelled of smoke is absolutely false as it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, if someone has ignored the rule we can not do anything about it as it is difficult to control.

Excelente opção
Construção medieval porém toda reformada, muito boa. Atendimento muito bom. O quarto não é muito grande mas tinha o espaço suficiente. O banho era excelente. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frios e frutas. O prédio fica dentro das muralhas e perto de um dois portões, o que facilita o acesso a partir do estacionamento externo (que é pago: 12 Euros/dia o mais próximo e 6 Euros/dia o mais distante). Há 3 lances de escada para chegar ao andar dos quartos. Agradeço muito o atendimento.

Un hotel con encanto
Un hotel pequeñito, acogedor, con unas vistas estupendas, una decoración muy bonita y una buena ubicación. Lo único un poco peor, como suele ocurrir casi siempre, por otra parte, fue la cama supletoria. Y la verdad es que nos trataron muy bien.

Toskana pur
Das kleine, romantische Hotel liegt sehr zentral im historischen Stadtkern der wunderschönen Stadt San Gimignano. Da es sich parallel zur Haupteinkaufsstraße befindet, ist es sehr ruhig und man bekommt von dem Trubel, der zeitweise in der Stadt herrscht überhaupt nichts mit. Dennoch ist man nach nur wenigen Metern mittendrin im Geschehen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ob Restaurants, die mittelalterlichen Türme oder Eisdielen. Das typisch italienische Frühstück von Hausherrin Canna war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber, außerdem mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ótima opção em
Excelente localização, embora chegar ao local de carro seja um pouco complicado, como em todas as cidades medieviais. Ruas estreitas com mãos únicas, sinalização confusa, etc. Ademais, fica ao lado de dois dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. Quanto ao serviço, a proprietária se mostrava com boa vontade, mas é importante salientar que nâo havia alguém disponível no local durante o dia (embora ela tenha um negócio perto da pousada). O café da manhâ foi um dos mais espartanos que experimentamos na Itália, embora tenham sido disponibilizados presuntos e ovos cozidos ou omeletes. A televisâo é bastante pequena, e sem acesso a internet. Entretanto, o lugar bastante recomendável dentre as opções em San Gimignano.

bagno e camera puliti, avevamo due letti singoli che erano abbastanza comodi ma non lo stesso per i cuscini che erano molto duri, la signora molto accogliente e gentile, il posto molto centrale. Consigli davvero il ristorante la Mandragola dove abbiamo avuto una ottima cena.

The hotel hasn't parking like is common in the little San Gimignano. The beds are very comfortable and the location is very good.

旧市街の景色が窓から見えるお宿
バス停を降りて旧市街に入り徒歩数分のところにあるので（サンジミニャーノに電車の駅はない）、利便性が高い。宿泊手続きをする受付が、部屋のある建物と違う場合があり、やや煩雑であるが、事前にメッセージが来て、「ここで宿泊手続きをするので、よろしく」と教えてくれるので、問題ない。 朝ごはんに作ってくれたマンマのブルスケッタがとても美味しかった。チーズと生ハムも。値段に比して豪華な朝食に図らずもありつけて、嬉しかった。

Foi bem tranquila, o local não tem elevador. Recomendo que levem apenas uma Mala pequena. A proprietária foi super simpática. Nos levou P buscar nosso carro Pq tínhamos nos perdido fora da cidade e nos levou até o estacionamento mais barato para que deixássemos o carro

완전 앤티크 스타일, 풍경도 좋고 안도 만족함 전부 열쇠를 이용해야 하는 방임 이 집 주인이 샵을 하나 운영하고 있기 때문에 로비에 직원에 없어서 조금 걱정함. 방이 5개 뿐인데 저녁 열 시즘에 숙소에 돌아가니 호텔 체크 하고 나가려 했는지 호텔 주인 아들?이 깜깜한 방에 친구와 같이 있을 때 불안했음. 워낙에 산 지미냐노가 좁기 때문에 아마 어딜 묵어도 비슷 할 것 같지만 여기는 동양여자 혼자 여기 투숙 할 때 약간의 보안 문제가 있을 것 같음.

San Giminiano to jedno z najpiękniejszych miejsc, jakie widzieliśmy.Niezapomniane wrażenia umożliwił pobyt w średniowiecznej, niezwykłej kamienicy, w której znajdował sie nasz hotel prowadzony przez bardzo miłą i kontaktową Włoszkę.Poza pięknym wnętrzem z wszelkimi luksusami mieliśmy do swej dyspozycji klimatyczny, cudowny taras z widokiem na pofałdowane toskańskie pola. Śniadania o poranku i póżne wieczorne rozmowy w takim miejscu to absolutnie wyjątkowe chwile.Każdy człowiek szukająy niezwykłych miejsc i niecodziennych wrażeń powinien zjeść śniadanie na tarasie Palazzo al Torrione.

Ottima posizione e struttura accogliente
San Gimignano è stupenda e il Palazzo al Torrione è un'ottima base per visitarla. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha accolto e prima di accompagnarci alla camera ci ha segnato sulla cartina i punti più interessanti della città e ci ha dato qualche consiglio per i ristoranti.
