The maximum capacity of the house is four people plus a baby, thanks to the availability of a cot and high chair for the little ones.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including Italian coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and a practical microwave oven. In addition, the house has heating and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, guaranteeing comfort at any time of the year.
