"The room was lovely, with loads of extra touches. The actual inn is an amazing old historical building. The food was excellent and great choices. Great range of quality food and drink. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. We have been to Jamaica Inn for visits before but never stayed. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Supererior double. Lovely room and super comfy bed. Good bathroom. Breakfast was lovely,hot and fresh and served nicely. Nice robes in the room and also iron and board. Added bonus was a bath. Will definitely stay again but maybe ask for a rear room as was lots of noise from traffic even with windows closed. Also think it's a bit unfair to charge for onsite parking. "

"Hotel reception wasn’t well signed. Rooms were clean, but corridors were quite dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Main restaurant wasn’t available so had to eat in a stark feeling cafe area which wasn’t so nice. The staff were very accommodating regarding allergy issues. The steak wasn’t very good. Breakfast in the restaurant area was nice. Again staff were attentive."

"All good except allocation of room. Do not stay in room 400 or 401 as they are next to the boiler and the vibration and noise is so loud. Had to change rooms so unfortunately lost the 'club' benefits as they had no other twin rooms available on that floor. "

"Pool was great and had long enough opening hours for kids unlike many other spas. Bathrooms in the lodge could have been cleaner. Very convenient location for visiting the area. "

"We stayed in the cottage. It was lovely and very clean and cozy. We had an amazing stay. Lovely secluded little village- so peaceful. We used it as a base and drove to various parts of Cornwall each day. Pub was really old and traditional- and served lovely food. Breakfast was great- plentiful and hot. All staff members that we met were lovely and all very friendly. Would definitely stay again! "
