"First I would like to say how great Anna at the front desk was at her job. She was the most pleasant young lady that greeted us when we arrived. She was efficient and relayed all the knowledge about what the property offered. The valet employees were also very responsive to our requests for retrieving our vehicle. Great people!! The hotel was clean and we ate at both places in the hotel. Only one thing I would suggest at the White Limozzin restaurant is the Shrimp Ettoufee needs some serious changes. It had no taste and the presentation was awful. I treat myself and others and do not mind spending money on food but this was atrocious! Staff at the restaurant were great but a bit slow as I witnessed a lot of them standing around laughing and not attending.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to stay while in Nashville!!"
"The hotel was clean and trendy. The room was comfortable fairly spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is a little coffee shop on the first floor that offers some coffee drinks and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. "
