The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was attentive, albeit a few housekeeping mixups that were rectified by management, friendly staff, great lobby restaurant, and great location. I will return there next time I am in Nashville.

Front desk staff was welcoming and easy to deal with. We had an issue with our a/c not working and maintenance was up and had it fixed in less than 1/2 hour. Great location as its easy walking distance to Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and broadway. All in all was a good experience and I’d rate 4/5.

We had coffee for breakfast. It was good and staff at breakfast, valet and desk were ery friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of things to drink and munch were avail for purchase. The view from our window was wonderful. Location was the best!!! A quick walk to Broadway. We liked having pump soaps for sink, lotion and shower amenities in shower were great! Would come again!!!!
