The people were nice. The whole property runs on technology, so when your phone app and the hotel disagree about your stay, everything is a bit more complicated. Also, the figuring out where to put your car for checkin is not obvious. We made the mistake of parking in the garage under the hotel and thinking we could just elevator to the lobby and pay for our parking…nope. You really just wait until the valet can help you.

This was a beautiful hotel and very comfortable bed! The only complaint is that the carpet in the hallways was quite dirty (needed to be vacuumed). Staff should be checking the hallways more regularly to ensure room service items are picked up and carpets are clean. Considering what a beautiful hotel this is, it was obvious the hallways were neglected.

This property is very nice, and within walking distance of most downtown attraction. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The pool is open to guests and the general public (for a price). Very disappointing when non-guests take priority!! This hotel is also pet friendly and our room was next to a room with a yappy dog. It would make more sense if there was a floor designated to guests with pets. Additionally, several times we inquired about the hotel and services we were misinformed. It appears the hotel has a lot of new employees and no-one has been properly trained. Some room for improvement, but overall a good hotel for a quick stay in Tennessee.

Would like to have more options for food and drinks. The pool area was very crowded and not much room to get around. Everything was VERY expensive!!!! One drink at the bar cost $18.

We loved our stay here while in Nashville. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The valet guys are the best in Nashville.
