The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope just a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is an excellent ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient and the shop staff are very helpful. The lounge/bar area is very comfortable and cosy after a day on the slopes, as well as the very soothing jacuzzi located outside at the front of the hotel. The swimming pool/ spa area is also very relaxing and complete with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We stayed on a half-board basis and the buffet breakfast is fantastic and each evening there was a different theme for the buffet dinner. We really enjoyed every meal! Our room was clean and comfortable with a bath and shower. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and will soon be booking our next stay here in January 2007\.
