  • House ideally located, hamlet of Francoz, in Orelle, entirely renovated, any comfort, with less than 100 meters of the gondola "3 Vallées Express", leading directly, in 15 minutes, to the biggest ski area of the world to 2300 meters, field of Orelle Val Thorens. Quick access by motorway, free parking.
    Capacity 16 persons, 4 rooms, 1 room of water, 1 room of bath, no access disabled.
    In summer, the Maurienne Valley welcomes nature lovers and cyclists.

    We prefer rentals from Sunday to Sunday. The price week-end outside school period is 600 euros.

A great location

The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. Would stay again due to ease of getting to chalet and the location for skiing.

A great apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment. We were only 5 people in the place, so it was really spacious for us. But it can accommodate at least 10 people with no problem. The place is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. It was clean and tidy. The only drawback is the number of toilets and baths. There is one room of toilet+bathtub and one room of standing bath, both in the second floor, and there is also one toilet in the first floor. So with a lot of people it may be less comfortable. Also no private units (meaning a room with a personal bathroom attached), so it may not be good for couples who want nore privacy. The village Orelle is really nice, but the grocery store (the only one, mind you) is tiny and have no variety, so try to buy everything you need on your way.

Het huis ligt op slechts 100 meter lopen van de cabine, heeft veel ruimte en genoeg slaap plaatsen. Het is een aanrader.De stoelen in de woonkamer zijn aan vervanging toe (we hoorden dat dit in 2026 gedaan wordt) en 1 bed boven kraakt erg.Brood halen kan in het iets hoger gelegen dorp in een klein winkeltje, je moet wel de dag ervoor bestellen. Dat is iedere ochtend een stevige wandeling van 10 min heen en 10 terug. Een grotere winkel is in het volgende dorp.Parkeren kan 300 meter voorbij het huis gratis langs de weg, hier zijn een stuk of 20 plekken en voor ons was hier iedere dag plek. Net voorbij het huis zijn ook 6 plaatsen, maar die waren bij ons al bezet. Parkeren kan ook bij de cabine, maar dat kost 8,5 euro per dag. (tarief 25/26)Het ski hok is ook erg groot met voldoende ruimte.Enige nadeel van Orelle is dat als het hard waait de verbindings liften naar Val Thorens dicht zijn en je dan maar 1 stoeltjeslift hebt met 2 afdalingen. Dat was de week voordat wij er waren 1,5 dag en de week toen we weer weg waren ook 2 dagen. Wij hebben geluk gehad met 7 dagen zon en alles was open.

Zeer ruime woning voor ins zevenen. Recentelijk opgeknapt, ruime keuken, goede warmwatervoorzieningen. In tegenstelling tot geadverteerd kun je de open haard niet gebruiken. Ook geen parkeerplaats bij het huis.Voor een huis in deze prijsklasse moet dit ook gewoon in orde zijn

Bel hébergement pour grand groupe

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille au printemps dans cet hébergement. Les points positifs sont la taille de l'hébergement, les équipements matériels de la cuisine (2 app fondue, 2 app raclette...), la grande tablée pour se réunir tous ensemble. Salles de bain modernes et fonctionnelles. Points négatifs : la propreté ! qui laisse à désirer, d'ailleurs il n'y a pas de produits à disposition pour le nettoyage final qui est pourtant à la charge de l'occupant (....). La literie très inégale d'un couchage à l'autre: certains très bons et d'autres vétustes (lits superposés qui grincent +++) voir même hors d'usage (canapé lit). La communication avec l'hôte est impersonnelle (messages pré enregistrés en réponse aux messages envoyé) et assez autoritaire (interdits vraiment mis en avant et menaces de sanctions / amendes dans les messages et les affichages de la maison) entraînant un sentiment de manque de convivialité et d'hospitalité. A proximité de belles ballades en montagne moyennant un peu de voiture. Le city stade et le terrain de pétanque accessibles à pieds ont été appréciés. En résumé un très bon weekend prolongé en famille

Abritel ne répond pas aux mails de réclamation,dès le début du séjour ni après;un scandale !!!!

Al'arrivée :horaire d'installation,non respectée +toilette d'étage,bouché! ensuite:lattes de plusieurs sommiers:cassées+matelas hors d'age;lavage vaisselle (pour l'hygiène a revoir!!).nous trouvons:le rapport prix/qualité,non respecté...560euros pour Abritel(un scandale!!!),3700euros/semaine congés hiver,pour ces propriétaires non scrupuleux:scandale!!!!!

Parfait pour aller skier aux 3 vallées

Logement conforme a la description, cuisine bien équipée pour un groupe. Localisation idéale mais uniquement pour des skieurs avec les remontées a 100m. Il n'y a rien du tout dans le village d'Orelle.

Très bien pour grandes familles

Le chalet est dans l'ensemble super, très bien agencé, les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits très confortables (et en 160 pour les deux plus grandes) tout y est pour la famille, du bébé aux plus grands. (Lit parapluie, chaises hautes, couette, couverture, chambre dortoir, coin tv a l'étage en plus de celui du rdc).Énormément de matos dans la cuisine on peut tout faire de la soupe à la tarte en passant par la raclette ou le jus de fruits du matin) La TV est connectée ce qui est super (on a pas réussi à allumer celle du haut, manque le câble d'antenne, et les piles dans la télécommande mais pas d'utilité pour nous), et il y a plein de jeux aussi. Perso, on a passé un excellent séjour estival. Les bémols : dormir la fenêtre ouverte (chaleur) est compliqué même pour des personnes qui ne craignent pas le bruit comme nous (il y a le train mais qui ne nous a pas gêné. C'est le camion qui arrose les plantes et passe sous les fenêtres ouvertes entre 4 et 6h du mat qui nous a vraiment dérangé). Le petit parking à côté est souvent plein et il y a peu d'endroit où se garer et l'été la télécabine ne fonctionne que le mardi. Les départs de randos ne sont pas top et on est obligé de prendre la voiture pour tout (même le pain). Enfin pas de garderie comme annoncé sur le site (peut-être l'hiver ?) Et comme nous avons un bébé de 3 mois pas de possibilité de prendre la télécabine. Quoiqu'il en soit je donne toutes ses infos a titre indicatif car pour nous ça a été un excellent séjour.

Appartement bien placé

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La propriétaire fait appel à une société de ménage, mais la prestation laisse un peu à désiré. La cave disponible est surprenante très typique mais mériterait un sol propre et des portes sécurisantes. Le matériel de ski est coûteux un simple coup d épaule permettrait de l ouvrir. Le canapé du pallier est ancien et un véritable nid à poussière. Voilà pour les petits défauts pour le reste l appartement est très grand et fonctionnel, c est agréable d avoir une table pour 16. La proximité du télécabine est un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Excellent accomodation

House located near the lift (about 100 m). Large common lounge. Three bedrooms are large enough, the fourth not so commodious. It's only 2 WC and it could be not so convinient for large company but it was only 9 persons and it was not a problem. It's excellent variant for group and it's advantageous variant for this location and for 3 Vallees in general. It's very easy to get in any weather. Thanks to Gwenaelle.

Chalet location is fantastic and wonderful internal space for everyone.

We had a great holiday and the proximity of the chalet to the main telecabine up to Val Thorens and Les Trois Vallees is so convenient. The rooms within the chalet were all a good size, however with 4 beds in each bedroom it does mean adults and kids have to share if there's full occupancy. We were a group of 9 and struggled a bit with just 2 loos but the bathroom and shower room were lovely. The open fire is gorgeous but wood isn't provided and we couldn't find anywhere to buy it which was a shame. The cover to keep the draught from coming down the chimney continually fell off. The kitchen had a lot of speciality equipment but lacked a few of the basics - there were only 5 mugs! All that said we had a great holiday, we loved the large dining table which we could all sit around eating and playing games and the skiing was fabulous. A super holiday and we would definitely go back again.

A 100m des télécabine poste office de tourisme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.a 8 adultes et un bébé de 15mois. Très belle maison rénovée. Un coin séjour cosi avec sa cheminée. Une cuisine très bien équipé. Des chambres spacieuses. 2 toilettes et deux salle d'eau. Par les télécabine à 15mn du resto d'altitude. Un emplacement idéal. Un excellent moyen de passer de bonne vacances en famille.
