"Very nice interior and service till the last day. Asked for late check out. Then when I came back to the hotel (before check out time on the last day), I was locked out. I had to call the reception to open the door for us. The person took awhile to arrive and didn’t even apologise but asked me what’s wrong and all questions, when I haven’t even asked him what was wrong that caused us to be locked out. "

"It is close to most attractions. Close to most public transportation. Overall the hotel is great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the elevators are outside the lobby."
