"Only ground floor room or one room with locked adjoining door with stranger left at 6pm when I checked in. The hotel knew that I was a female travelling on own and had many couples and families staying, yet no accommodation made for this. They also knew this wasn't ideal as they apologised. To be fair on the staff they offered free parking overnight as a result, however not ideal given reports in the media this week about single female staying in another hotel chain. Hairdryer in room did not work, staff not interested when I reported at checkout (good job I had also brought a small travel one, otherwise would have mean a soggy trip to reception!) Again, to be fair I have used this hotel before and not had any problems. Hotel clean, fairly priced, good breakfast. "

"Convenient stay near the airport for an early morning departure. Comfortable room, easy check in and check out and 10 minute walk to departures. "

"Very convenient. Clean, and with helpful staff. However, the in my room did not work, nor did the bedside low lights (so the only options were full lights or no light at all) and there were no plug sockets near the bed, only USB ports. "

"Modern functional hotel set on a new housing estate. Clean comfortable rooms, high levels of cleanliness, dinner in the restaurant was good. Didn't try the spa so unable to comment."
