my stay was incredible, the hotel service was professional, better than Hotel services in London for the same rate

I liked the food and the service very much. Bedrooms needed a switch near bed to switch on and off the main lights. Also the reading lights are no help for reading! The restaurant is not satisfied, the food taste like can food reheated.

The Hotel Felix was located on the edge of Cambridge, meaning it had plenty of room for its guests both in terms of room size and access to parking. The downside is that you either have to walk into the center where parking is impossible or use mass transit/taxi.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Amazing garden. Very quiet. The only con was the shower which didn't work properly.

Staff were exeptionally very friendly & helpful. Breakfast plentiful, good value for money.

It was suitable for the overnight stay & very convenient for Stansted Airport.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, clean and all in all a good hotel UNTIL you realise it’s above a nightclub! 3am before the music stopped, people stopped shouting outside and finally fell asleep!
