### Villa Annamaria Sabaudia

Portion of a four-family house in the Sacramento area.  
The structure accommodates up to eight beds.  
It currently consists of a small living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a small bathroom.  
 Upstairs there is a double bedroom with bed, wardrobe, a bedroom with four beds, a bathroom with washing machine and shower.  
Outside there is a partially paved garden with an outdoor shower. Parking in front of the gate or along the streets.  
Located within an area where there is a supermarket, a bar and a pizzeria. It is about 1.5 km from the sea, reachable by car, bicycle, or shuttle within the area. Coffee machine with pods included. Oven and toaster included, everything you need for eating is present.
