It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed." From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel special with my stay. The room itself was spotless, having all what I need. The location was perfect, placing me within walking distance of several great restaurants and attractions. The meal was delicious at the restaurant, the waiter was very professional and kind with me. In general the staff was wonderful, they help me a lot during my stay thanks that some of them speak more than one language, that's a plus. I would like to give special recognition to Francheska from the reception that she really help all the time and she was able to clear up every doubt I had without any hesitation.
