"Wonderful staff. Very welcoming. Restaurant has great food options. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is just a few minutes away from the mall."

"The staff was amazing. Parking is a bit complicated as the hotel is right in the town centre but the arrangements work well. Our room was in the old part and could have done with thorough cleaning and some updates. The stairs to the top were quite challenging for us, older people. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful."

"Check in was quick and welcoming. Parking was not an issue as I travelled by train, but there was a large car park. There was a nice seating area in addition to the restaurant. I did have a tile missing in the bathroom and the edge of the carpet was very dirty - not been hoovered for ages. Breakfast was good."

"Comfortable bed. Room very quiet Great black out curtains Little balcony was nice but had not been cleaned of previous occupant’s cigarette butts! Remote location was lovely"

"Excellent location for visiting Ludlow. Near shops, pubs and the castle. Welcoming friendly staff. Good breakfast though would have appreciated some fresh fruit on offer. Had dinner one night in the restaurant- food and service good. Room clean, beds comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was good except at night as opening the sliding door was the only way to get any fresh air into the room therefore making it extremely hot. Didn’t feel we could leave the door ajar as there was a staircase next to us leading into the carpark therefore felt it was a security risk. Overall though a good stay, would recommend, but don’t choose a room with a balcony!"

"I had a good experience checking in , staff very welcoming. Had a ground floor room with 2 single beds as booked. Bathroom was an accessible wet room. Unfortunately shower had 2 settings hot and hotter so couldn't be used sadly. I reported it on checking out and received an apology"
