"Lovely staff and a building full of character. The room was clean but sadly there was a hole in the bathroom door ( room 17) It doesn’t affect the stay but cosmetically doesn’t look good. Very comfy bed and the staff couldn't do enough for us especially as we didn’t pre order breakfast but we paid and had breakfast ( which was really good ) with minimal fuss. Continental and full English options which they cook to order Would definitely stay again"

"The room was very clean and towels were changed daily. Staff were welcoming especially the lady who served breakfast who despite being extremely busy went out of her way to help. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice with the Continental and Cooked breakfast. Thought drinks at the bar were expensive."

"Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was spotless. Parking was a bonus in the centre of Shrewsbury. Breakfast was excellent although limited in choice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything we needed was in the room. Definitely go back."

"We had an overnight stay..the staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was lovely,a nice size.Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size,shower was good.Not overally powerful but okay. I would certainly stay again"
