"This is a great functional hotel. Ok, it could have a lick of paint in places, but as a hotel at a conference centre it is excellent. The rooms are good, beds comfy, clean, shower excellent, quiet - The staff are really helpful, cleaning staff say hello, it’s great. You feel like you’re welcome to stay and that the team is passionate about your experience, which is a rare thing these days!"

"Friendly helpful staff, very comfy bed, really quiet considering it's a pub. Looking a little unmaintained in areas but absolutely value for money in a great location. Thanks!"
Hawkstone Park Hotel

"Was a pleasure staying at Hawkstone Park Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, only thing was the parking. Seemed like the people coming to play golf were parking in the hotel car park. But other than that it was a nice place to stay"

"The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, great for exploring. Room was very basic and being honest, a bit smelly. But i just needed a bed for the night, so wasn't that bothered. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception. It was my first time in Shrewsbury for many years and without her guidance i would not have found the carpark. Thanks you. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and very needed after a long night!"
