"We love this hotel. It is in a beautiful location on the mountain in Telluride. It is within walking distance of the skyway that takes you down the mountain to town. The last time we were here was during COVID and amenities were limited and we were so happy to see the village stores and restaurants were all open and thriving this visit. Our only downside was that the valet scraped our truck against a ballard causing damages. That being said, we will stay here again when we are in the area."

"The property was beautiful and spacious enough for our two families. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations, especially the private hot tub with the mountain view, as well as the nearby disc golf course.We ran into a situation where a bear managed to get into the trash bin even though the bear lock was engaged. We had put the trash out the night before the scheduled pickup, so just a tip for future guests to put it out the morning of the service instead to avoid this issue."

"Excellent ski in ski out location. This unit in particular was perfect for this because a shorter walk in ski boots. The property and decor are gorgeous! The fireplaces are warm and beautiful. There are essentially 2 master bed & bathrooms. I was pleased the downstairs room had the fireplace because I really wanted this and it allowed me to sleep on the same floor as our daughter while giving our friends the true upstairs master. The property manager was available 24/7 and helped us at check in. The property is a longer walk to the market than where I’ve stayed before, but it isn’t bad and they include dial-a-ride if needed (eg to get back up the hill). The only reason for not 5 stars across the board is the water heater went out on the last day. Those things can happen though, so it really isn’t their fault. "
