"Lovely rooms in a great area. Beware we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Not good if you are 72 with arthritic knees! Ask first which floor you’re on! Our room was number 24. Right at the top"

The bedroom had everything that is required and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. NCP car park at a discounted rate which was very useful. "Very good clean friendly hotel and excellent daily service in the room. Hotel is situated close to anything you need in Brighton from the beach to the lanes and the Brighton Pavilion. Breakfast is very good (apart from the orange juice which was very watery and tasteless. Stayed at this hotel three times previously and would happily stay again. "

"We had a lovely 3 day stay & could of stayed longer, great position for us, car park handy for the hotel. Reception & staff lovely anything to help. Our room was a standard room with great air con, bathroom very good condition and excellent shower, the room was quite modern and had everything we needed, we enjoyed javing drinks on the bar overlooking the marina."
