Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf

"The hotel was decent. Except they gave us a room at the very end of the hall right next to all of the dumpsters and where the employees congregate outside. The other complaint I would have about the room is that the sink had basically no pressure at all. They give you two bottles of water when you arrive and when we requested two more from the giant stack they keep behind the desk on another day, they declined and said didn't you get them at check-in? The staff are not that friendly, but they had a great outside patio area in the location was top notch."

"This is such a cute place with so much to do! They give you a box with smores supplies at check in for the evening around the fire pit, there are games and the decor is absolutely precious! Our room was perfect and we will definitely be back!"

"Our stay was due to a surgery the next morning at UCSF and we needed to check out at 5:00 am the following morning. It so happened that we arrived at the hotel just as a SF ball game was ending. Traffic and parking was a nightmare. I checked in while my husband circled the block looking for parking. Hotel staff was really accommodating and allowed us to park in their loading zone until traffic cleared. They have a parking garage nearby, but it doesn’t open in the mornings as early as we needed to check out. We eventually found a parking spot on the street and all was well. Room and staff were great, but I advise to check out the parking situation if that could be a potential problem."
