"The property location is great and the building and room is in great shape. There were some minor details that are unexpected. Some light bulbs were burned out, some outlets didn’t work in the room and the scale also was very dirty and had a dead battery. The housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating, but some of the other staff wre not that friendly, and when I needed to use a bottle opener (there wasn’t one in my room) I had to talk the front desk into bringing one to my room, and when it was delivered, the woman said, “be sure to get it back to us,” as if I intended to keep it. Not the worst treatment in the world, but annoying and uncalled for."
