"The staff are all lovely - this is the 2nd time I have stayed here as it's close for visiting relations. Rooms are lovely except that you can't really open the windows (in the rooms I've been in) as they open over the roof where the extracted fans are for the kitchen :( Food is excellent - had breakfast & evening meals there. Will definately stay here again!"

The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect"

"A fantastic townhouse in the heart of Southampton, mere minutes walk from great bars, pubs, restaurants, shops, and activities of Southampton. Tucked away in the quiet Westgate Street, this is an excellent house. There were only two of us, and our dogs, but the house is huge and can cater for 6 people easily. "We stayed in the Old Bank House for our son’s wedding weekend. It was fabulous, a cottage with character but with all modern facilities and wonderful accommodation and garden. Located in Beaulieu , a short walk to the pub that serves great food. Communication with the owner was excellent too. A bottle of Prosecco and a carrot cake waiting for us on arrival was the icing of the cake!"

"Sea Cottage is an attractive, well appointed two bedroomed cottage conveniently situated in Lymington. The road is quiet wirh plenty of parking. The house is small but is well appointed and equipped. The stairs are steep but there is support from two handrails, one wooden, one rope. It has a patio area to the rear, which could be improved by newer furniture, a tidy up and some weeding."

"The property was first class, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us and we used it as a base for trips to hurst castle, IOW etc. We had a small issue with the heating which Emma was able to resolve almost immediately without any fuss. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the new forest!"

"I scored 4 not 5 as when we pulled up outside the first impression looked as though it may be slightly run down. Once inside though it was all good, light and clean and had everything we needed. The outside space is lovely but could do with some maintenance and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all to sit outside easily. "Everything you need for a break away. Great location for town, ferry and railway station. Nice private garden area to sit in. Stairs are steep but we as a party of 70 + aged people managed fine. Would definitely go back"

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"Home from home with fantastic grounds lots to do for all ages. Swimming pool was amazing the whole family spent hours outside and the teenagers weren't on their phones. We will be back next year hopefully"
