Last minute booking and staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked if we can leave our car after check out the next day as would like to explore the city and they actually allow us to do so which is unusual normally after checking out.
Breakfast was nice apart from toast wasn’t warm enough but overall good experience.
Room was clean and beyond my expectations in terms of what they provided. Good value and good location.

This is the 2nd time I visited The regent in the last 2 months. Amazingly kind staff who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. They were very proactive and thoughtful! The property is recently refurbished and very clean. It also offers great view to the adjacent Parker’s piece park. Breakfast is light and simple but more than enough to fuel one’s day. The regent will most likely be our no. 1 Preference for accommodation in Cambridge going forward.

We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with polite staff, and the whole location was well maintained and clean.
Service was always good and the breakfast was excellent each morning we stayed.
The location itself is a few minutes walk from the centre of Cambridge and all the local attractions there making them easily accessible. I would recommend going punting but do it early before it gets too busy...there are plenty of other sites and buildings to visit such as the Fitzwilliam Museum, and the...

A great location for Cambridge and the surrounding areas. I had a very early train to catch at the adjacent station the following morning and preferred to stay overnight rather than have to get up at 3am to travel from home. Ample parking immediately next door in the station carpark. Speedy check in. Room was super quiet and well provided for with tea/coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, etc.
I skipped breakfast and didn’t eat there in the evening so cant comment on the food. Staff were...

Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens.
