"Got given a sea view room as it was a special occasion, I wish I got the name of the front desk gentleman, he was working day shift on the 12/13th. He was so lovely and so kind. Didn’t try the spa facilities but wish I did. Hotel was really lovely, clean rooms and comfortable spaces. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Would 100% return to stay here. "

"The staff are really friendly here. It’s a stone’s throw from the seafront (literally) and the breakfast was great - really good to see proper attention to vegetarian options and we could see there was a good meat option in the serve yourself buffet. It’s dog friendly too."

"My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. "
