Stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas markets. The entrance to the hotel was clean and smart. We were too early to access our rooms, however we were able to leave our luggage to explore the city. Hotel is in a good location. Not too close to the centre so its noisy but an easy walk to the markets or if you'd rather ,the are transport options very close by. Good Irish pub on the corner, but an even better ,ridiculously cheap Asian/ Hungarian restaurant 2 mins walk away. Check in was quick and easy. We were on the top floor. Our room was clean, the shower had excellent pressure/ heat and the beds were super comfortable! Fantastic nights sleep. There was a strong smell of drains in our friends room, however this was manageable with opening windows foe a short time. Don't think there was anything the hotel could do about this as noticed the smell walking around as well. Also no milk/ sugar with tea/ coffee in room, which was a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast. If you want a good selection GO EARLY! Breakfast is 7-10am. We went down at 9am first morning and there was very little left and wasn't replenished. Following day we were down by 8.20am and there was plenty of choice. Overall a decent hotel with a good night's sleep.

Booked this Hotel due to the online comments Was not dissappointed at all Hotel was in a great location for exploring Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Stayed here for the Christmas markets. Good location, clean hotel with breakfast buffet. The only thing I didn’t like is the clear glass wall of the bathroom. If you’re sharing the room with just a friend then you wouldn’t have privacy.
