Also, the bedding was not ideal — only a duvet was provided, and during the night it became too warm, with no lighter blanket or sheet available as an alternative. On a very positive note, the reception staff were outstanding. They were always available, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which made a big difference to our overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service at reception, but a few small improvements to room details and bedding would make it even better.
