I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money. Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem.

Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Amenities were available at the front desk and very helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location right next to a station with a fun arcade across the road. I would definitely visit again should I return to Kobe!

The breakfast had a large selection and the kitchen staff were continuously making fresh food. I loved the pizza bell! The room was very clean and the amenities provided were a happy surprise.

If you are going to universal studios Japan it's ideal was reasonably priced room was massive and beds really comfy

A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). Luggage space under the bed was very helpful for our long stay, meaning all 4 large suitcases were completely out of the way making a small room feel comfortable. Many thanks!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location was excellent and very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything worked well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We stayed here in November 2023 in an executive King Room with lounge access. This hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, the bed absolutely massive and a lovely view out to the city below. The lounge access with the executive rooms was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast is held in the lounge (if you have access), which is on the highest floor, with large windows and a great view out. There was a great selection at breakfast, with lots of local japanese items, which we were hoping for!...

Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.
