"Nice new hotel, plenty of parking and helpful staff."

"An excellent stay once again in Lancaster House Hotel. The room we had was perfect for all the amenities in the hotel(room 10). It was very clean and an excellent bed 🛌 👌 we both had a great sleep. We decided to have dinner in Sandemans Bar after checking reviews about the new evening menu in the foodworks restaurant. My Fleetwood fish & chips were gorgeous and the wife's pasta dish with chicken was lovely and tasty. The full lancashire breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice with cereals & toast. We enjoyed the sandpiper spa facilities very much. We will definitely recommend it and will return again. "

"Lovely hotel - reception area, bar and restaurant and room were newly renovated to an excellent standard. Only complaint is the room walls were quite thin so I could hear the room next door. Facilities (spa and leisure centre) are currently undergoing refurbishment so were not open during my stay but this was reflected in the price. Would highly recommend for a business or leisure stay. "

"We had a good stay with a quiet room, good breakfast and comfortable lounge and bar area to relax in food was very good and the price of the room etc was very good value, we are booked in again for later in the year and will base our plans for visiting this part of Gods own county in the coming years on the Old stone trough hotel !!!!"

"Brilliant value, gorgeous location, fantastic room size and big bathroom. The food was delicious with beautiful atmospheric dining room. The staff though set this place apart, from reception, to cleaners, bar and dining room. they were all absolutely exceptional- we had an early departure on the Saturday and the chef and waiting staff came in early to ensure we had breakfast - simply wow!!"
