"We stayed at the Vale resort for one night, after attending a wedding at Hensol Castle. We didn't use the spa or pool, but will remember to bring our swimsuits for next time. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath plus a separate, powerful shower, although the toilet was a bit high for a short person like me. The breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. All good 👍 "

"The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice and tasty I would recommend the Welsh Breakfast "

"Pool was good and busy bar sports area was great room was good but disabled room had no floor protection for a shower so I would check room again before unpacking."
