"The host staying with us was surprise and we had to check out one day earlier as we did not like the home and it smelled bad everywhere.The location was close to Reno convention center that was our main reason to book this property.The host started cleaning the kitchen while I was cooking and she said wanted paint her door while we stayed I requested her to do it after we leave.She kept telling she recovered from pneumonia and it scared us as I had 2 young kids. "This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!"

"The house was perfect and peaceful. The kids had a blast in the game room. It was a pretty cool experience for them. We definitely enjoyed the décor the kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful. "I stayed at this house for a long weekend with my retired parents and teenaged son, daughter and nephew. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds we comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals in the home. Location was great, close enough to the convention center where we were attending events but far enough away that things were quiet, safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed Riviera Reno while we were town for our niece’s graduation from nursing school. Everything about the home was perfect! The set up was great to have the extended family over for meals and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the backyard, the beds were super comfortable, and there were a lot of lovely touches in every room. We also loved the unique decor — so fun! You can tell this home was built with care!"

"Four of us 'ladies' stayed in this lovely home. One flew to Reno from Portland and one from So Cal and 2 drove from Berkeley and Sacramento. We enjoyed the home but were also visiting a resident so didn't spend a a lot of time. Mornings were long talks over the convenient dining table. Plenty of linens and everything spotless. I would recommend this property to anyone."

Beautiful neighborhood, and a perfect location for me since my family lives very close. It’s 25 minutes from the resort where I ski so I am hoping to use this same property for ski season.
