I think the mold smell was the hardest for us. I couldn’t pinpoint it and it gave 2 of us terrible headaches to the point that we left a night early. Inside was worse sticky entry table, the couch was so dirty we had to flip the cushions to be comfortable to even sit on them, broken window shades that we couldn’t open, upstairs guest bath shower curtain was very dirty needs replaced, stair rails look like they have dirty finger prints all over them This house has the potential to be a great vrbo if you hire a GOOD maid and maintenance person. Beautiful large home in a quiet nice neighborhood. Close to a variety of stores and shops. Home has everything you would need! Felt right at home.
