ENVIRONMENTS



Spread over two levels, the villa is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom with a second foldaway bed and a bathroom with washing machine. While on the first floor we find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second large bathroom.



It is possible to enjoy the sea view from most of its rooms, but the real highlight of the structure remains the immense terrace where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe immersed in the vastness and breathtaking beauty of the landscape.











POSITION



Despite the dominant position on the heights of Recco, the villa is located less than 10 minutes from the motorway exit and just 5 km from the center.



It represents the ideal place both for those who want to visit the beauties of the area such as the Park of the Monte di Portofino and the characteristic villages of the Ligurian Riviera, and as a base for other nearby destinations such as the City of Genoa and the Cinque Terre.

Our stay in Recco

We had a wonderful time in Recco. The very well-kept house is located on a hill in the hinterland of Recco in a nicely landscaped property with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished - the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace in front of the house, equipped with an awning, invites you to linger. All in all a very nice house.The only drawbacks are the somewhat unusual access road and the noise level from the nearby highway. The communication with the agency was uncomplicated and friendly.

Ligurien in herbstlichem Regen und Sturm

Das Ferienhaus ist gut beschrieben, es bietet auch bei Regenwetter genügend Platz und mit dem Tischkicker viel Spass. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist abenteuerlich steil, schmal und kurvenreich, die Autobahn Tag und Nacht zu hören ( bei offenem Fenster). Der Kontakt zur Agentur klappt hervorragend, auf Nachfrage wurde umgehend die Heizung angeschaltet. Als Teetrinker vermissten wir große Tassen. Die Terrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt kaum nutzen. Der Blick ist aber toll und landschaftstypisch, Genua sowie die Küstendörfer unbedingt sehenswert. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Focaccia di Recco - ein Gaumenschmaus.
