"Lovely place to stay and visit north Norfolk"

"An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. "A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems."

"The cottage was very warm and cosy and had everything we required, especially as we had travelled by train, so was restricted in what we could bring. Very handy for town centre, local shops, sea front.We enjoyed many walks and runs along the prom and on the beach."
