Quinta Avenida

What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more local. This is a place not trying to hard, but still feels full of effort. On our last night we participated in the Temazcal and that was a treat and left us feeling connected. There is a club on the other side of the street. It plays loud music but we found ourselves being lulled to sleep by it. Even joking about what was the last song we remembered. I like to move around and rarely repeat coming back to the same place but I have a feeling I’ll be seeing Bungalow 6 again.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The staff was great the food was amazing for a all inclusive but the hotel needs a major renovation, the rooms are stale and old. At some point you need to replace things and not paint over them. If I had a lot of kids and wanted to make sure they ate well this is the place, I guess I couldn't get over the age of the property.
