It will take 10 minutes to get out of the hotel as the elevator only fits 3 people and very tight (as most French buildings). Stairs are tight so anybody with mobility issues may have problems getting in and out. There are stairs only to the second floor where you can take the elevator or stairs to access the upper floors.
